Sales Executive (Apparel Industry)

As a high-performing Sales Manager, your role will involve driving customer acquisition and revenue growth targets to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs - Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media - Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns - Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services - Creating frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations - Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences - Negotiating/closing deals and handling complaints or objections - Collaborating with team members to achieve better results - Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and sharing with internal teams Qualifications and Skills required for this role include: - Any basic degree from Reputed Institutions - Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets - Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise - Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills - Candidates with experience or knowledge about educational institutions will be given priority This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
