Receiving and processing purchase requests from Stores / Facilities / IT Infrastructure etc. Timely follow up with network service providers regarding service activation / deactivation requests, billing and payment reconciliation. Managing day to day purchases of office requirements, preparing purchase request order and getting approval, maintaining inventory of stationary, etc. and maintain the record of the same. Solely responsible and accountable for the complete Front Desk Operations Look after the travel desk of the company with respect to ticket booking (Air, Rail, and Road) and Hotel booking. Coordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Office Assistants/ Housekeeping staff/ Facility maintenance. Keeping track of courier records (Inward and Outward) Assist all walk-ins with the enquiry forms and direct them to the respective managers. Perform other duties as instructed by the Supervisor which contributes to the effective office management of the company. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
