Sales Executive ( Apparel Industry)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Responsibilities and Duties · Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs · Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media · Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns · Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services · Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data · Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations · Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences · Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections · Collaborate with team members to achieve better results Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Qualifications and Skills Any basic degree in Reputed Institutions Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills Candidates with experience or knowledge about educational institutions will be given priority Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Compensation Package: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Schedule: Morning shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
