Senior Manager Data Strategy & Insights

Role Overview: You will be joining Chargeback Gurus as a Senior Manager - Data Strategy & Insights, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's data strategy to enable data-driven decisions that impact revenue, client experience, and operational efficiency. This individual contributor role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and leadership skills, with a focus on MIS architecture, data visualization, and automation frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data analysis on large and complex datasets related to financial transactions, customer behavior, chargeback trends, and risk assessment. - Identify patterns, correlations, and trends to enhance fraud prevention and operational efficiency. - Provide data analysis to support stakeholders in making informed business decisions. - Visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership and collaborate with data engineering teams for seamless integration with organizational data warehouses. - Utilize data visualization tools like PPT, Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight to transform complex data into intuitive visual representations. - Design interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders to explore data and gain insights through dynamic filters and drill-down capabilities. - Interpret complex concepts into easy-to-understand graphs, charts, and visual graphics. - Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to translate data insights into effective business strategies. - Support the Sales team with insights on ROI, revenue optimization, and market trends. - Work with IT teams to enhance data governance and security protocols. - Evaluate and optimize MIS processes for operational efficiency. - Implement data analytics solutions to improve forecasting and fraud detection. - Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in various datasets used for analysis. - Stay updated on the latest trends in data analysis, machine learning, and the chargeback industry to share insights with the team for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce and Business Administration with a specialization in Data Analytics and Reporting. - Proficiency in SQL, VBA, and data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight. - Experience in automating reporting and dashboarding. - Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data interpretation and presentations. - Problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights from complex data. - Certifications in Six Sigma, PMP, or Lean would be advantageous. - Strong leadership and communication skills to present technical insights to non-technical audiences. - Ability to work in UK/US time zones (IST shifts between 3 PM - 12 AM).,
