Job Description

As an Insurance Consulting Leader at Cognizant, your role involves bringing your expertise to clients in order to engineer modern businesses and enhance everyday life. You will be responsible for defining outcomes for customers, developing a comprehensive strategy and execution roadmap, and owning a book of business. Your key responsibilities include: - Serving as a Management Consulting Leader, focusing on Insurance expertise to drive business improvements - Defining outcomes for clients and developing a vision and strategy for the portfolio - Actively engaging in business development efforts and ensuring profitable growth - Driving an increase in pipeline and conversion rates - Exercising quality assurance for engagements within the Insurance portfolio - Engaging in key account expansion and directing deal pursuit processes - Establishing and nurturing relationships with client executives - Proposing refinements or extensions to Cognizant's practice offerings - Supporting long-term vision for the practice and developing consulting talent - Authoring thought leadership insights and participating in industry panels and forums Qualifications: - 5+ years of consulting practice leadership, 10+ years of Insurance consulting experience, and 15+ years of experience in selling and delivering techno-functional solutions - Preferred background in organizations offering techno-functional solutions - Extensive management consulting leadership experience - Track record of setting and achieving engagement targets, controlling budgets, and managing forecasts - Robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations - International experience supporting global initiatives is a plus - Experience in building high-performing consulting teams or organizations - Leadership competencies in Leading Self, Leading Others, & Leading the Business - Executive leadership skills and a commitment to Cognizant's Values If you have a passion for making a difference in the Insurance industry, bringing expertise, vision, and execution, and desire to lead with a team dedicated to building something great, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Cognizant.,
