Senior Sales/Business Head

As a Sales & Business Head at our newly established construction chemical factory in Madhyamgram Badu Road, you will have complete profit and loss responsibility for the entire business operation. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, revenue, and market share in the region. Key Responsibilities: - Own the full profit and loss of the factory, including revenue, costs, and profitability. - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed business growth, revenue, and market share targets. - Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team. Provide guidance, set clear targets, and conduct performance reviews to ensure team success. - Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations, from production and logistics to finance and customer service. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the construction chemical industry. - Strong working knowledge of construction chemical products like admixtures, waterproofing, sealants, grouts, and industrial flooring. - Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving business growth. - Ability to analyse market trends, competitor activities, and financial data to make informed business decisions. - Candidates with prior experience at companies like Pidilite, Fosroc, Sika, Mapei, Ardex, or Saint-Gobain will be given preference.
