Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally/Excel, and experience in handling GST, TDS, and other financial reporting activities. Key Responsibilities :Manage day-to-day accountin g entries and maintain accurate books of accounts .Prepare and process vendor invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entrie s .Handle bank reconciliation, petty cash, and intercompany transaction s .Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory requirement s .Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L report s .Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payroll, and expense management .Support audit preparatio n and coordinate with auditors for timely completion .Maintain accounting documentation and ensure accuracy in all reports .Assist management in preparing budget and financial projection s .Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding payments .
