Manager - HCM Solutions (Pre-sales)

As a crucial member of an agile team, you will conduct discovery calls, provide product solutions, and help clients optimize their business operations using strategic insights and market data. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in discovery workshops to define and document business requirements - Collaborating with the sales team to develop compelling value propositions for customers - Designing and presenting Darwinbox value-based solutions to address client needs - Leading RFP responses and creating solution overviews aligning with customer initiatives - Delivering impactful demonstrations of Darwinbox HCM solution during customer evaluations - Developing industry expertise to showcase the value of Darwinbox HCM in specific sectors - Establishing trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders - Researching and highlighting the advantages of Darwinbox HCM over legacy ERP systems - Continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge through Darwinbox's learning opportunities Qualifications required for this role: - 8+ years of experience in HCM Consulting or HRBP role - MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant work experience - Proficiency in value-based selling within an HCM Consulting environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with C-level executives and business representatives - Demonstrated capacity to identify client pain points and propose effective solutions Come be a part of Darwinbox's journey to redefine HR technology and drive impactful HR transformations for global enterprises.,
