Assistant Manager – HR

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for staff and downline/factory manpower.
• Partner with line managers to forecast and fulfill manpower requirements.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate selection, and manage onboarding process.

• HR Operations

• Oversee employee attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR records.
• Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.

• Employee Engagement

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities at the factory level.
• Build strong employee connect and address workplace issues proactively.
• Support employee welfare initiatives and maintain a positive work culture.

• Policy & Process Implementation

• Assist in implementing HR policies across the workforce.
• Monitor adherence and suggest improvements to strengthen employee experience.
• Support audits and reporting related to HR processes.

Requirements:

• MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 2-4 years of HR experience

  , preferably in manufacturing/industrial setup.
• Strong knowledge of

  recruitment, employee engagement, attendance & payroll coordination, and HR policies

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
