Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Lodhika. The Human Resources Specialist will manage HR policies and procedures, oversee personnel management, and administer employee benefits. Daily tasks include recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees, coordinating performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management skills
• Experience in HR Management and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
