Role Description:

This full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager is located in Lodhika. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans to meet business growth objectives, and leading negotiations and contract discussions. The role will also include market analysis, attending industry events, and collaborating with various departments to align with overall business goals.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
