As a Business Development Manager for our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and growth across Kerala. Your main responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential clients such as architects, builders, contractors, dealers, etc. - Presenting and promoting our range of architectural solutions to both existing and prospective customers. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Coordinating with the technical and support team to ensure timely service and product delivery. - Preparing and sharing quotations, following up on negotiations, and closing deals. - Representing the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and events. - Providing market feedback and suggesting new product or service improvements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience in business development or sales. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team. - Knowledge of the architectural industry is a plus.
