Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end non-IT recruitment and generalist HR activities, contributing directly to our companys growth and operational success. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Handle generalist HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and HR compliance. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
