Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end non-IT recruitment and generalist HR activities, contributing directly to our companys growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for non-IT roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding candidates.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Handle generalist HR functions, including employee engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and HR compliance.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
