Job Title: C&I Sales Manager – Corporate & Electronic SalesLocation: BhubaneswarDepartment: Sales & MarketingIndustry: Electronics / Corporate SolutionsEmployment Type: Full-time Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven C&I Sales Manager to lead and manage Corporate and Industrial (C&I) electronic sales in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving business growth, managing key accounts, and establishing strong relationships with corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Corporate & Industrial electronics segment.Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand the customer base.Drive B2B sales for electronic products and solutions to corporate clients, institutions, and industries.Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, product presentation, negotiations, closing deals, and after-sales support.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, product customization, delivery, and support.Track market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new opportunities and improvements.Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events to promote the brand and build relationships. Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Electronics / Business Administration or a related field. MBA is preferred.Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B / Corporate sales, preferably in electronics or industrial products.Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
