Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging new customers, managing sales pipelines, maintaining existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will conduct client meetings, provide personalized solutions, and collaborate with the internal team to optimize sales strategies. This role requires regular communication with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets.
• Ability to train and guide others, demonstrating a knack for sharing knowledge and improving team performance.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant experience in sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
