Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales objectives. Key tasks include preparing and delivering sales presentations, understanding client needs, creating tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The Sales Specialist will also conduct regular follow-ups and generate strategies to optimize sales growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide exceptional support.
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including the ability to meet sales goals and manage accounts effectively.
• Experience in providing Training sessions to team members for consistent skill enhancement and performance improvement.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Prior experience in public relations or marketing sectors is an advantage.
