Sales Specialist

Position Overview

The Closure Specialist is responsible for converting qualified leads into successful admissions/sales by conducting high-quality counselling, follow-ups, and final negotiations. This role focuses on closing deals, achieving monthly targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students/clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle

  hot/warm leads

  and convert them into successful closures.
• Conduct detailed counselling sessions to understand student/client requirements.
• Explain program details, pricing, benefits, and address objections effectively.
• Follow a structured

  sales funnel

  to ensure maximum conversions.
• Maintain strong follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.
• Negotiate and finalize admissions/sales by building trust and urgency.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and closures in CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the operations/academic team for smooth post-closure onboarding.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication & persuasive counselling skills.
• Prior experience in

• Ability to handle objections and convert leads efficiently.
• Good understanding of CRM tools and follow-up processes.
