Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Forex Sales Specialist role based in Kolkata. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth. The role involves promoting Gilpin’s range of corporate travel services, conducting sales presentations, managing customer queries, and coordinating with internal teams. Additionally, the candidate will assist with sales strategies and collaborate with clients to ensure their travel needs are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their requirements
• Proven experience in sales, with the ability to drive revenue growth and meet targets
• Skills in training and sales management to support and guide clients and internal teams
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office tools
• Prior experience in the travel or corporate services industry is a strong advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
