Job Title: Consultant – Training & Skill Assessment Engagement Type: Retainership (Initial 3 Months, Extendable upon Satisfactory Performance) Company: Surya International Enterprise Private Limited About the Role: Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Training & Skill Assessment Consultant to help identify skill gaps, design structured training programs, and evaluate workforce competencies across departments. This engagement will be on a 3-month retainership , with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements. The consultant will work in close coordination with the HR and department heads to ensure employees are equipped with the right skills to drive organizational performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: Assess current employee skill levels through tools like surveys, interviews, practical tests, and performance data. Identify skill gaps and training needs across various functions (technical, managerial, soft skills). Design and recommend comprehensive training and development programs. Assist in setting up a Learning & Development (L&D) framework aligned with organizational goals. Recommend or help develop skill assessment tools for ongoing evaluations. Support implementation of on-the-job training modules and external training interventions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements. Provide guidance on building a performance-linked learning culture. Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 8–10 years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR consulting. Proven experience in skill assessment frameworks, competency mapping, and training program design. Knowledge of modern training methodologies, e-learning platforms, and skill development tools. Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience working across manufacturing, EPC, or engineering-driven organizations is a plus. Certification in Training & Development / Skill Assessment will be an added advantage.
