Job Description

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of iVALUA modules such as Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, and Procurement.

Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective procurement processes within the iVALUA platform.

Customize and configure iVALUA workflows, forms, and reports to meet organizational needs.

Integrate iVALUA with ERP systems (SAP) and other relevant applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and system enhancements to maximize platform performance and user satisfaction.

Conduct end-user training sessions and develop documentation to facilitate adoption and efficient use of the platform.

Monitor procurement and supplier management processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Keep abreast of iVALUA product updates and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
