Job Title: HR Consultant Engagement Type: Retainership (Initial 3 Months, Extendable upon Satisfactory Performance) Company: Surya International Enterprise Private Limited About the Role: Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Consultant to support and enhance our human resource practices during a growth phase. The consultant will work closely with the internal HR and leadership teams on a 3-month retainership , which may be extended based on performance and business needs . The ideal candidate should bring strategic HR thinking, operational know-how, and hands-on support in critical HR functions such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, policy formulation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Review and optimize existing HR policies, systems, and procedures. Support recruitment strategy and talent acquisition for critical roles. Assist in performance management system design and implementation. Guide the implementation of employee engagement and retention strategies. Support training and development planning and execution. Advise on compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations. Provide expert input on organizational structure and workforce planning. Conduct HR audits and suggest improvements wherever necessary. Act as a strategic advisor to the HR team and management. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in HR, with exposure to consulting roles. Proven experience in talent acquisition, policy development, compliance, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance. Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and HR teams. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Experience with HR software/tools will be an added advantage.
