Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR databases
• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive work culture
• Coordinate with management to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment and operations preferred)
• Good understanding of HR policies, labor compliance, and payroll process
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven real estate environment
