Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Specialist Location: Delhi NCR Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2–5 years in core HR functions About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of labor laws, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle employee lifecycle management (joining to exit). Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Support in implementing HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. Assist in payroll processing and attendance management. Address employee queries related to benefits, policies, and workplace issues. Conduct employee engagement activities and feedback sessions. Ensure legal compliance with labor and HR regulations. Coordinate training and development programs. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist. Familiarity with HRMS and recruitment tools. Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in handling HR operations for remote/hybrid teams. Knowledge of employee engagement frameworks. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR, etc.) is a plus.
