Role Overview

You’ll own end-to-end HR: hiring across tech & business roles, onboarding, engagement, payroll inputs, and India compliance. This is a high-ownership role with direct exposure to founders and a clear growth path (HR Executive/Generalist → HR Manager → Head of People).


What you’ll do
  • Drive full-cycle hiring: JD → sourcing → shortlisting → interviews → offers
  • Build a predictable hiring funnel (LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, referrals) with strong SLAs
  • Set up/streamline HRMS/ATS (Zoho, Keka, etc.); maintain clean HR data & letters
  • Lead onboarding & orientation; create memorable Day-1 experiences
  • Run engagement & L&D rituals: 1:1s, feedback loops, growth paths, reviews/OKRs
  • Own payroll inputs & coordination (attendance, CTC breakup, FnF, reimbursements)
  • Ensure compliance: PF/ESI/Gratuity, Shops & Establishments, Bonus Act
  • Administer POSH (IC coordination, trainings, awareness)
  • Maintain HR dashboards (hiring velocity, time-to-fill, attrition, engagement signals)
  • Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and culture initiatives


What you’ll need (Must-haves)
  • 2–6 years of hands-on HR experience across

    Talent Acquisition + HR Operations

  • Proven closures for

    tech

    (e.g., Flutter/Full-stack, Backend, DevOps, Data/AI) and

    non-tech

    roles
  • Working knowledge of

    India payroll inputs & compliance

    (PF/ESI/Gratuity, S&E)
  • Familiarity with

    ATS/HRMS

    (Zoho Recruit/People, Keka, Freshteam, etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder management; clear written & verbal communication (English/Hindi)
  • High ownership, pace, and bias for structured processes & data hygiene
Great to have
  • Built or migrated HRMS/ATS from scratch
  • Experience running campus drives / walk-ins / weekend hiring sprints
  • Exposure to POSH administration and IC processes
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets for HR analytics & reporting
