Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Executive will be responsible for administering various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and a comprehensive understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment and Onboarding Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level and mid-level roles, including job posting, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial phone interviews. Onboarding: Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, compliance forms) is completed accurately and timely. Documentation: Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System). 2. Employee Relations and Administration Policy Implementation: Interpret and administer company HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance and fairness across all departments. Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and queries regarding HR policies, escalating complex issues to the HR Manager. Performance Management: Assist in coordinating annual performance review cycles, tracking goal setting, and maintaining performance records. Attendance/Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance, process leave requests (sick leave, vacation, maternity/paternity leave), and ensure accurate payroll inputs regarding time and attendance. 3. Compensation and Benefits Support Payroll Liaison: Work closely with the Finance department to ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing based on attendance, new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation. Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment and answer general questions about health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks. 4. Legal Compliance and Reporting Compliance: Stay updated on local and national labor laws and regulations to ensure the company remains compliant. Reporting: Generate routine HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) for management analysis. Qualifications Required bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or HR Executive role. Solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. Proven experience working with an HRIS (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. PreferredProfessional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). Experience in the [Specify your company's industry] sector. Familiarity with employee training and development programs.
