Job Summary The SEO Optimizer will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our overall SEO strategy. This role will focus on driving targeted, qualified traffic, increasing organic search rankings, and optimizing content to deliver measurable results for the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute successful SEO strategies, including thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis. Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical SEO audits (crawlability, site speed, structure, core web vitals, mobile responsiveness) and work with the development team to ensure all technical best practices are implemented. On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta data (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking) to maximize organic search visibility. Off-Page SEO: Execute and manage link-building initiatives, outreach programs, and local SEO strategies (Google My Business) to build domain authority. Content Collaboration: Collaborate closely with content creators and marketing teams to produce high-quality, SEO-friendly content and provide comprehensive guidelines on SEO best practices. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor daily performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Generate detailed reports on SEO performance, ranking movements, and traffic growth, providing actionable insights. Algorithm Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure continuous adaptation of strategies. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working specifically in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they relate to SEO. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Tool Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SEO analysis and reporting tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.). Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate data into recommendations. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams and presenting data to stakeholders.
