Contract Drafting & Review Draft, review, and negotiate: MSA (Master Service Agreement) NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) IO (Insertion Order) SOW (Statement of Work) PSAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements Ensure accuracy of deliverables, commercials, timelines, and legal terms. 2. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Finance to: Validate commercials and billing terms in contracts Align payment milestones, credit terms, and revenue recognition Support collections/escalations from a legal perspective Coordinate with Sales, Client Servicing, and Operations during contract closure. 3. Risk Management Identify risks related to SEO, Paid Media, Content, Analytic, and Influencer marketing. Recommend protective clauses, limitations, indemnities, and IP safeguards. 4. Documentation & Governance Maintain an organized repository of all legal contracts. Update templates, clause libraries, and contract approval workflows. Support audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews
