Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Pune. The Human Resources Manager will oversee and execute key HR functions, including recruitment, policy implementation, employee relations, and compliance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring processes, facilitating training and development, managing employee engagement programs, and ensuring adherence to labor laws and organisational policies. The role requires a hands-on approach to fostering a positive workplace culture and driving HR strategies aligned with company goals.


Qualifications:

1. Education & Professional Background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources

    , Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years

    of experience in HR roles; experience in fitness, wellness, health, or service-based industries is a plus.

2. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, payroll, recruitment practices, and compliance.
  • Proficient in HRMS software, Excel, performance management tools, and data reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to design and execute recruitment strategies, engagement programs, and training initiatives.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to hire coaches, nutritionist, sales staff, and support teams.
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Manage job postings and sourcing candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and ensure cultural alignment with WILDFIT values.
  • Design seamless onboarding and orientation processes to integrate new team members smoothly.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Foster a positive, growth-focused work culture aligned with the values of WILDFIT.
  • Plan team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Build strong communication channels between management and team members.

3. Training & Development

  • Identify skill gaps and create training programs for coaches, sales teams, and all employees.
  • Support continuous learning and certification programs.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement performance evaluation systems (KPIs, appraisals, feedback mechanisms).
  • Help employees set professional development goals and improvement plans.
  • Reward high performance and guide employees needing development.

5. HR Policies & Compliance

  • Create and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs aligning with company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

6. Payroll & Compensation

  • Coordinate payroll processing, attendance tracking, leaves, and incentive structures.

Collect data on hours worked, overtime, and any applicable leave.

  • Maintain accurate records of payroll, including pay slips, tax filings, and employee information.
  • Assist in creating competitive salary structures.

7. Conflict Resolution & Employee Support

  • Address employee grievances professionally and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
  • Act as a bridge between employees and leadership for transparent communication.
