The Society for the Advancement of Education (SAE) runs the Cambridge Schools which were founded in 1931. It is a private non-profit organization with offices in Noida and South Delhi. Educational Qualifications MBA (Human Resource) Experience 10-15 years of experience in the HR Department, with at least 5 years in the education sector. Key Responsibilities for HR Manager: We are looking for an experienced HR manager to lead, expand and continuously optimize core HR functions. This role will be responsible for overseeing multiple HR process areas, HR operations specialists and driving new initiatives to strengthen HR offerings, improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience. About the role: • Lead and mentor school leadership and HR operations specialists across multiple branches • Oversee end to end delivery of HR operations and ensure recruitment ensuring quality standards & continuous improvement • Lead & support HR operations, including process standardization, technology implementation and service excellence system Leg: onboarding, grievance, training & development • Develop & maintain regular reporting & performance matrices to track the efficiency & effectiveness of HR operations and talent acquisition • HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Finance, and Administration (Academics) to support the execution of HR strategies and initiatives. Skills · Strong knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, separation, employee grievance handling, employee data management, compliance, and benefits administration. · Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
