Job Description

Job Summary:

Kaizen Partners is looking for a skilled and motivated HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resource functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, handling employee relations, ensuring compliance, and supporting the organization’s overall growth through effective people management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop HR Strategies:

  • Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Continuously review and improve HR processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a bridge between management and employees to address grievances and foster a healthy work environment.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages open communication, teamwork, and engagement.

Recruitment and Selection:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment timelines are met and deliver high-quality candidates for open positions.

Performance Management:

  • Develop and oversee performance management systems that drive high performance.
  • Set clear performance metrics, monitor employee performance, and facilitate appraisals and feedback sessions.

Training and Development:

  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate relevant training programs to enhance employee competencies.
  • Promote continuous learning and career development initiatives across the organization.

Payroll and Reporting:

  • Prepare and present HR reports and analytics on key metrics such as performance, retention, and workforce planning.
  • Support payroll coordination and ensure data accuracy in HR records.

Legal Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Stay updated with evolving HR legal frameworks and align company policies accordingly.

Communication:

  • Maintain employee records and confidential HR documentation.
  • Communicate HR policies, updates, and initiatives clearly across all levels of the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and talent management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and HR software.

  • Salary: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA (Based on experience and skills)
