ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our people function and drive organizational growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture that supports our diverse business operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with leadership to provide strategic HR guidance
  • Design workforce planning strategies for current and future needs
  • Lead organizational development initiatives

Talent Management and Recruitment

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage onboarding programs for new employees
  • Implement talent retention and succession planning programs
  • Conduct performance management and career development discussions

Employee Relations and Engagement

  • Foster positive employee relations and maintain high engagement levels
  • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution
  • Develop employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement plans
  • Ensure effective communication between management and employees

Compliance and Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation systems
  • Handle statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Labor License
  • Manage workplace safety protocols and health standards

Compensation and Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis
  • Manage payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Administer employee benefits programs including insurance and leave policies
  • Handle compensation reviews and salary increment processes

Learning and Development

  • Identify training needs and develop comprehensive L&D programs
  • Coordinate with external training providers and manage budgets
  • Implement employee development programs to enhance capabilities
  • Design leadership development initiatives
  • Track and measure training effectiveness and ROI

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
  • Professional HR certifications from recognized institutions preferred
  • Bachelors degree with relevant HR certifications will also be considered

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management
  • At least 3 years of experience in managerial or leadership roles within HR
  • Experience managing HR functions for multi-location organizations preferred
  • Previous experience in startup or growth-stage companies advantageous

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Technical Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment regulations
  • Proficiency in HRMS software and HR analytics tools
  • Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
  • Experience with payroll management systems
  • Knowledge of digital HR tools and emerging technologies
