The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the HR function within the organization. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives, managing the recruitment and selection process, overseeing employee relations, performance management, training and development, as well as ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
