Position Title: HR Manager
Department: Human Resources
Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi
Salary: Rs. 6,00,000 – 7,00,000 per annum

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with 10+ years of progressive HR experience to lead and manage all internal HR functions for our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives, while ensuring compliance, fostering a positive work culture, and driving employee engagement.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and proven expertise in talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Provide strategic guidance to management on HR matters, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to evaluate HR effectiveness and business impact.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for internal staff.
  • Develop workforce planning strategies to meet current and future business requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and succession planning.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a timely and fair manner.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement programs.

4. Performance Management & Learning

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify training needs and oversee learning & development programs for employees.
  • Coach managers and employees on performance improvement, career development, and leadership development.

5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

  • Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and HR budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Benchmark compensation and benefits practices to remain competitive in the industry.

6. HR Policies & Process Improvement

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, standard operating procedures, and manuals.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and systems for efficiency and compliance.
  • Lead HR projects, change management initiatives, and organizational development programs.

7. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the internal HR team.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on HR-related matters.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, with proven experience in managerial or leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Expertise in talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and HR analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
