Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA (preferred)
Compensation: ₹6,00,000–8,00,000 LPA (based on experience and skill set)
Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to oversee financial operations, statutory compliance, and reporting for our organization. The candidate should bring a strong foundation in accounting, taxation, and auditing, ideally gained through significant experience in a CA/Audit firm combined with corporate finance exposure. This is a leadership role with both strategic and operational responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
• Ensure statutory filings under GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act are accurate and timely.
• Coordinate and close statutory, internal, and tax audits efficiently.

Budgeting, MIS & Analysis

• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts; monitor variances and provide actionable insights.
• Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and financial performance reviews for management.
• Track key financial KPIs and support decision-making with financial models and analysis.

Taxation & Audit

• Oversee all aspects of direct and indirect taxation including GST, TDS, and Corporate Tax.
• Handle queries, assessments, and liaise with tax consultants and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure audit preparedness and effective closure of audit processes.

Accounts & Treasury

• Supervise day-to-day accounting including AP, AR, Payroll, and General Ledger.
• Ensure reconciliations (bank, vendor, intercompany) are accurate and timely.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships to ensure adequate liquidity.

Internal Controls & Systems

• Implement strong internal controls for financial discipline and risk management.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/automation initiatives for efficiency.
• Standardize accounting practices across the finance function.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Lead, coach, and mentor the finance & accounts team for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, HR, procurement, sales) to support business goals.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CA (CA preferred).
• Experience: 8–12 years in Finance & Accounts with minimum 5 years in a reputed CA/Audit firm.
• Strong working knowledge of Ind AS, Tax Laws, and Audit Standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with auditors, banks, and management.
