Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator – White Collar Workers
Department: International Recruitment & Talent Solutions
Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi
Salary: Rs. 3,60,000 – 4,20,000 per annum

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator – White Collar Workers with 5+ years of total recruitment experience, including 3 years in Gulf recruitment, to manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for professionals in corporate, administrative, IT, finance, and other white collar roles.

The role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to placement, for international clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international recruitment processes, client servicing, and documentation, along with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Management

  • Coordinate the complete recruitment lifecycle for white collar professionals for Gulf and other international clients.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate skills, qualifications, and suitability for international roles.

2. Documentation & Compliance

  • Verify candidate credentials, educational qualifications, and experience to ensure eligibility for overseas placements.
  • Guide candidates through documentation processes required for international recruitment, including work permits, visas, and relocation procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to Gulf labor laws, client policies, and ethical recruitment practices.

3. Client & Candidate Coordination

  • Liaise with Gulf and international clients to understand staffing requirements, job roles, and skill expectations.
  • Maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment and placement process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and client discussions.

4. Database Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment pipelines, and client databases.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and dashboards on recruitment status, candidate progress, and placement updates.
  • Monitor KPIs, recruitment metrics, and process efficiency for international white collar staffing operations.

5. Process Improvement & Team Collaboration

  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate sourcing, recruitment workflows, and client communication.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters or team members as needed.
  • Contribute to strategic planning of recruitment campaigns and international staffing initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of total recruitment experience, with 3 years of Gulf recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and client servicing in an international context.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS/CRM).
  • Ability to manage confidential information and maintain discretion with sensitive data.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process-oriented approach.
