Position Title: Recruitment Coordinator – White Collar Workers
Department: International Recruitment & Talent Solutions
Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi
Salary: Rs. 3,60,000 – 4,20,000 per annum
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator – White Collar Workers with 5+ years of total recruitment experience, including 3 years in Gulf recruitment, to manage and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations for professionals in corporate, administrative, IT, finance, and other white collar roles.
The role involves full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to placement, for international clients. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in international recruitment processes, client servicing, and documentation, along with strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
