Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Department: Administration / Reception

Location: New Friends Colony, South Delhi

Age Range: 25–35 years

Position Summary

The organization is seeking a professional and dedicated Front Desk Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient front office operations, maintaining a professional work environment, and providing exemplary administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring proper redirection to relevant departments.

- Maintain the reception area in an orderly, presentable, and well-stocked condition.

- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms effectively.

- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with organizational protocols.

- Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, scanning, and document management.

- Liaise with security, housekeeping, and other internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.

- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing accurate information regarding organizational services and policies.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

- Assist management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

- Monitor and manage office equipment and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

- Relevant work experience: 1–3 years in front desk, receptionist, or administrative roles.

- Age: 25–35 years.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Knowledge of basic office equipment and procedures.

- Professional appearance and demeanour at all times.
