Job description Job Purpose: The Clinic Manager will be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the veterinary clinic, ensuring excellent client experience, operational efficiency, team management, and adherence to company policies and standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations & Administration: Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth workflow across departments. Ensure compliance with company protocols, SOPs, and quality standards. Manage clinic resources efficiently, including consumables, equipment, and maintenance needs. Coordinate with the procurement team for timely availability of medicines, consumables, and other supplies. 2. Client Relationship & Customer Service: Ensure a positive client experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Address client feedback, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally. Monitor front desk activities for appointment scheduling, billing, and client engagement. 3.
