Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, greviances, culture, rewards and recognition, training and outsourced compliance with labor laws. Managing everything on KEKA HRMS system. Quick learners and comfortable with adpating to new, emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruitment, interviewing, and performance management
• Proficiency in employee relations and conflict resolution
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the construction or manufacturing or building materials industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
