HR Recruitment Manager – IT Hiring Specialist (5–10 Yrs Exp., Female Preferred ) Location: Sector 142, Noida Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in HR, with strong experience in IT recruitment and generalist functions. HR Email: hr@myphoneme.com Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a result-oriented HR professional with 5–10 years of experience, primarily in IT hiring, who can independently drive recruitment strategies while managing other key HR functions. Female candidates are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition (IT Hiring Focus): Drive end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles. Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates within defined TATs. Work closely with department heads to forecast and fulfill talent requirements. 2. HR Strategy & Business Alignment: Collaborate with Sales & Project teams to understand and meet business delivery goals. Align HR practices with organizational objectives. 3. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle Management: Ensure smooth onboarding and induction. Manage complete employee lifecycle from joining to exit. 4. Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and execute innovative engagement strategies to reduce attrition. Conduct regular engagement activities and feedback sessions. 5. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with the Corporate L&D team. Create training calendars and monitor execution effectiveness. 6. Performance Management & Recognition: Drive performance evaluation cycles. Implement reward and recognition programs to boost employee morale. 7. Policy Formulation & HR Compliance: Draft and update HR policies in line with industry best practices. Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll processing, and internal audits. 8. Coordination & Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors for office administration and maintenance. Collaborate with internal HR teams for seamless delivery of HR functions. 9. Reporting & Analysis: Conduct monthly attrition analysis and address key concerns. Share actionable insights and suggest HR improvements based on data. Requirements: Proven experience in IT/technical hiring is mandatory. Strong understanding of HR generalist functions. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
