Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human capital management. 📋 Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and execute recruitment plans. Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring efforts with department managers. Manage job postings on career pages, social platforms, and job boards. 2. Employee Onboarding & Orientation: Conduct onboarding processes for new hires. Facilitate employee orientation programs and training sessions. 3. Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop HR policies and procedures in alignment with labor laws. Enforce disciplinary procedures and ensure compliance. 4. Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluation systems. Guide managers on coaching and performance improvement strategies. 5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize learning and development programs. Support career development and growth initiatives. 6. Employee Engagement & Relations: Foster a positive workplace environment. Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts. 7. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Coordinate payroll processing and benefits administration. Ensure accurate compensation and benefits reporting. 8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations (e.g., EEO, FMLA). Manage audits and HR-related legal issues. 9. HRIS Management: Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System. Generate reports for decision-making. 10. Strategic HR Planning: Align HR strategies with business goals. Participate in budget planning and workforce forecasting. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (typically 5+ years) as an HR Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in HR software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BambooHR). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
