Role Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing employee experiences across the organization. This includes Learning & Development, employee training, welfare initiatives, payroll administration, compliance and certifications, and performance reviews. The role is designed for someone who can balance people management with process implementation to support Brandola’s rapid growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory, operations, creative, and project teams. 
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements and hiring plans.
  • Conduct candidate screening, scheduling, and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain updated job descriptions and candidate evaluation sheets. 

2. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Manage payroll inputs, PF, ESIC, TDS coordination, and statutory compliance. 
  • Handle exit formalities and maintain data accuracy for audits and reports. 

3. Learning & Development (L&D)

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal/external training sessions. 
  • Support skill enhancement through regular workshops and feedback loops. 
  • Manage evaluation frameworks for performance reviews. 

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare

  • Plan monthly engagement activities, welfare initiatives, and team-building events.
  • Drive feedback surveys and implement actionable insights to improve morale. 
  • Support a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. 

5. Policy & Compliance

  • Support documentation and renewals of company certifications (ISO, SEDEX, etc.). 
  • Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively. 
  • Support audits and assist in maintaining HR dashboards and reports. 


Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • 2–4 years of HR experience (preferably in fast-growing or project-driven companies).
  • Knowledge of payroll, statutory compliance, and HR software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
