Job Title: Logistics & Field Operations Executive Location: Santacruz, East, Mumbai Job Overview: Brandola is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to manage logistics and field team operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing movement of goods from production centers to store locations, ensuring cost-efficiency, timely execution, and smooth field team management. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Management Plan and coordinate pickups from multiple vendor/manufacturing locations and ensure timely delivery across multiple client sites. Identify and onboard cost-effective courier/logistics partners (including surface, air, and express options) while maintaining service reliability. Prepare advance route maps and last-mile delivery plans to optimize time and cost for installation and deliveries. Track consignments using dashboards and follow up proactively with logistic partners for real-time status. Maintain and update logistics records including dispatch sheets, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and transit damage reports. Address and resolve any logistics-related queries raised by courier partners, customers, or internal teams. Field Team Coordination Allocate jobs to field staff based on skill, proximity, and delivery/install timelines. Monitor field team progress across locations and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Maintain daily attendance, work logs, and installation status updates from field staff. Coordinate between design/production/logistics teams and field teams for seamless execution. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance, cost, and field activities. Highlight delivery/installation delays, non-conformities, or escalation issues in reports. Maintain vendor-wise and region-wise cost analysis to support better logistics decisions. Additional Responsibilities: Coordinate with internal departments such as production, design, accounts, and project teams for smooth operational execution. Assist in vendor billing verification by cross-checking logistics and installation completion. Recommend process improvements and automation tools for better tracking and accountability. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of logistics planning, courier coordination, and field operations Excellent communication and coordination skills Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, route planning tools, and tracking software Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and locations Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-up and execution discipline Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, Supply Chain Management or related field 2-4 years of experience in logistics or field operations (preferably in marketing, events, or retail setup) Familiarity with pan-India logistics networks and courier aggregators is a plus Remuneration: As per industry standards.
