Role Overview

Responsible for the end-to-end management of Brandola’s Vasai manufacturing facility with full P&L accountability. This includes production planning, procurement, quality control, dispatch, and vendor management for outsourced work initiated by the factory. The role requires ensuring maximum utilization of plant capacity, maintaining cost control, and delivering products to client timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations across departments. 

• Plan and execute production schedules to achieve full output capacity. 

• Full P&L ownership for the factory, including budget control, profitability, and cost optimization. 

• Oversee procurement of raw materials (post 3 months, can approve up to ₹50k independently). 

• Hire, train, and terminate staff as required to maintain operational efficiency. 

• Vendor management for outsourced jobs initiated by the factory. 

• Ensure compliance with quality standards for all products.

 • Coordinate with Directors for strategic decisions, approvals above ₹50k, and financial planning. 

• Submit daily project updates and weekly performance reports to Directors 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Min 10 years in manufacturing/operations management (signage, fabrication, or related industries preferred). 

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills. 

• Proven track record in cost control, efficiency improvement, and quality assurance.
