Factory Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Manage overall operations at Sullurpet factory including production, maintenance, quality and safety control and general administrative duties.

2. Proactively handle any production related concerns to ensure zero downtime at the factory.

3. Ensure production and quality control targets are consistently met.

4. Implement best practices and SOPs to ensure smooth functioning of various factory departments.

5. Manage blow moulding and injection moulding machinery (including Windsor and Jagmohan machines) and ancillary equipment (compressors, chillers, pumps, DG etc.)

6. Manage production schedule and worker schedules.

7. Develop new product moulds as per customer requirement through interactions with third party vendors.

8. Help implement and maintain key certifications such as ISO, TUV Nord etc.

Qualifications:

1. At least 10 years of relevant industry experience

2. Strong knowledge of blow moulding and injection moulding machinery (including Windsor and Jagmohan machines) and ancillary equipment (compressors, chillers, pumps, valves, DG etc.)

3. Established relationships with key vendors in the industry

4. Proven record of progressive leadership and responsibility roles in prior organizations

5. Independent worker and thinker requiring minimal oversight to execute projects

6. Effective verbal, written and negotiation skills

7. Effective management skills

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
