Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager at our facility in Rajkot. The Factory Manager will oversee production planning, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, and manage production activities to achieve efficiency and quality objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring production processes, managing resources effectively, and ensuring compliance with quality control standards. The role also involves leading teams, optimizing operations, and collaborating with various departments to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management
• Experience in operations management and overseeing Manufacturing Operations
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control processes and standards
• Demonstrated ability in optimizing processes and resources for operational excellence
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Detail-oriented approach with the ability to problem-solve and make informed decisions
• Technical expertise in manufacturing and engineering is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required; advanced degrees are an advantage
