Its solutions cater to a range of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and healthcare. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Mumbai. The Factory Manager will oversee day-to-day factory operations, including production planning, production management, and ensuring manufacturing efficiency. Responsibilities also include implementing quality control measures, managing operational workflows, supervising manufacturing processes, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations. The role requires collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and ensure smooth operations. Qualifications Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management Experience in Quality Control and Operations Management Proficiency in managing Manufacturing Operations and workflows Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred Prior experience in factory or plant management strongly desired Excellent organizational and time management skills
