Factory Manager

As a Production Supervisor in this role, you will have the responsibility of supervising the entire Production Line. You will be involved in batch processing, evaluation, and periodic tracking of processes. Your duties will include setting job roles and targets for the line in charge, monitoring and tracking SOPs, and maintaining data sheets. Additionally, you will be responsible for training new employees within the production department and ensuring production output meets customer specifications. Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules will be a key part of your role. It will also be important to keep track of products and movements, reporting to the Merchandiser on a daily basis. Preferred qualifications for this position include experience working in a Candle Manufacturing Export House. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The ability to commute or relocate to Dharuhera, Rewari - 123106, Haryana is required.
