Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production, workforce, quality control, and compliance. The role focuses on optimizing processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high product standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Production & Quality: Ensure smooth daily operations, meet production targets, and maintain quality standards.
Workforce Management: Lead, train, and supervise staff while ensuring a safe work environment.
Process Optimization: Identify cost-saving measures and improve efficiency using Lean or Six Sigma.
Maintenance & Safety: Ensure machine upkeep and enforce workplace safety regulations.
• Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management, or a
related field.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing
principles.
• Proficiency in manufacturing software and ERP systems.
