Budget and cost control : Manage the factory budget, control expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions. Equipment maintenance : Ensure all machinery and equipment are properly maintained and operational to prevent downtime. Strategic and collaborative duties Efficiency and improvement : Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Cross-functional collaboration : Liaise with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and sales, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with company goals. Inventory management : Oversee the management of raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling. Reporting : Prepare and present reports on factory performance, production, and other key metrics to senior management.
